Install and compact/tamp the gravel base for your stone work, allow an area for your gravel pile with access to the exterior of your property. If you are installing underground sprinklers make sure to run pvc sleeves underneath paving stones, by placing the pvc pipe in gravel.

10) Create shrub beds and planting smaller trees, shrubs, perennials, and annuals. Now is the time to install smaller planting materials, plant your plants slightly higher than the soil level to allow for fabric and landscaping topping

12)Installation of screened loam and laying of sod.

Assuming the rough grade was already completed from step 2 you can now install the final finish layer of screened loam, and lay the sod for your new lawn. Be sure to roll the loam and compact it properly before laying the sod. 13)Installation of fence on perimeter of property.
Now that your finished with the interior of the property you can install the fence around the perimeter.
